1. Customers are required to provide correct information to BagBeg for proceed delivery. We will not disclose any information of customers to third party. All information gather are just for BagBeg's business purpose.
2. BagBeg will not responsible for any lost/damage product cause by courier service or incorrect information given by customers.
3. There may be a slight color difference on the actual product and the pictures you see on the website. This is due to each monitors display color differently and and the studio light which used to take the photo may makes the color appear brighter than it actually is.
4. There is no refund or return allow for any product purchased from BagBeg except wrong item sent. We will ensure all products are in good condition before packing them into parcel. 
5. Amendment of the orders is allow before proceed to payment. Kindly contact us for assistance.
6. BagBeg reserved the rights to cancel order of customer is payment is fail to made within 48 hours. Kindly contact us if you have difficulty to make payment on time.
7. If there is any fraud cases, BagBeg reserved the rights to terminate the order and report to respective department for investigation.
8. Next Day Delivery promise can only be fulfilled if payment is received and confirmed before 4PM on business days.
9. 7-Days Money Back Guarantee is only for quality related issue, no dissatisfaction of wrong color or model choice will be entertained.
10. We reserved the rights to dishonour coupons or vouchers that are obtained with illegitimate method.

Return Policy​

• Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase
• You must contact us within the same day you signed and received the parcel in order to ask for exchange or refund, kindly check the bags thoroughly right after you have received it
• The returned items must be unused with original tags/labels attached and placed in their original packaging
• Purchases will only be refunded or exchanged for the amount stated on the invoice less any discounts/offers applied
• Customer will be responsible for 1-way shipping fee upon returning to BagBeg, we will send back the exchanged item for FREE
• Kindly fill in the return form with all the required information, including a brief description of the problem you face with the product
